As midsummer draws to a close and early autumn arrives, the September sun and gentle breezes ushers in a bumper harvest season for Huatai.

In August 2022, Mr. Xu Lie, Chairman of Anshan Huatai Hunneng Technology Co., Ltd., was jointly awarded the title of “Liaoning Provincial Model Worker” by the Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee and the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government, following approval and endorsement by county (district) - level, municipal-level, and provincial (central) Party committees and people’s governments, as well as relevant departments, and was presented with the Certificate of Liaoning Provincial Model Worker. Chairman Xu Lie was nominated by Anshan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology for this award in accordance with the requirements of the document “Notice on the Recommendation, Selection, and Commendation of 2022 Liaoning Provincial Model Workers, Advanced Workers, and Advanced Collectives from the General Office of the Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee and the General Office of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government” (No. 11 2022).

As a large-scale enterprise in Anshan City, Anshan Huatai Huannng Technology Co., Ltd. has received considerable attention and recognition from relevant municipal government departments and officials. This award is not only a personal honor for Chairman Xu Lie but also a source of pride and honor for all Huatai employees.

Chairman. Xu Lie attaches great importance to the company’s R&D efforts and personally oversees them. He serves as the principal investigator for multiple research projects, and the project he leads, “High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving, and Environmentally Friendly Heat Exchanger Coke Oven,” has been listed as a “Key Energy-Saving Technology” in the “Steel Industry” section of the “13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Energy-Saving and Environmental Protection Industry”, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. He has also been deeply involved in all stages of the research and development for the Ministry of Science and Technology-funded project titled “New Two-Stage Preheating-Carbonization Coking Technology” and personally oversaw the experiments on site.
